Allied Universal in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Driver to protect clients across Tech/Media/Telecom sites. The role offers flexible scheduling and a driver-enabled patrol duty.

You will monitor areas, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible presence while delivering professional customer service and adhering to site policies. Prior security experience and a valid license are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures.
• Communicate professionally and maintain accurate incident reports.

As a Driving Security Officer in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will use strong communication and customer service skills to support employees and visitors while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, grounds, entry points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support site operations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, documenting observations and incidents as required.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and Allied Universal leadership while maintaining accurate activity reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
