Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points at a logistics and distribution location; verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain access records.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document observations and access-related activity according to Allied Universal procedures.

Job Schedule:

• Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points at a logistics and distribution location; verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify irregular conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and access-related activity in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
