Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Entry Screening in Cromwell, KY. The role offers fixed shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, enabling growth toward full-time hours up to 40 per week.

Pay is $16.50 per hour, with a six-month anchor shift commitment at a designated site. Candidates should be 18+ (21+ for armed roles), have a high school diploma, and pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery drivers by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorized access, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests and contractors according to site requirements.
• Screen incoming deliveries and outbound shipments in accordance with established procedures, coordinating with facility personnel as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds to help deter unauthorized activity.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Entry Screening in Cromwell, KY, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 05:30 AM - 05:30 PM
• Thur 05:30 AM - 05:30 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (\"Anchor Shifts\"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
