Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized guests.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, loading areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Document incidents and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access points at a food and beverage production location, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized guests to appropriate areas.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, loading areas, production-adjacent spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Document incidents, unusual activity, and access-control issues accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
