Pre-Employment Requirements

• Valid Driver's License

  • All candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This is essential for roles that require driving as part of the job responsibilities.

• Additional Qualifications (Beneficial to Position)

  • While not mandatory, the following qualifications are considered beneficial and may enhance a candidate's application:
    • Access Control/Badge Experience (B201): Experience with access control systems and badge management is advantageous for positions that involve security or facility management.
    • Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204): Proficiency in using computers or tablets is essential for roles that require digital communication, data entry, or software usage.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities within a financial institution location.
• Greet, screen, and direct visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with established access-control and visitor-management procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, alarms, cameras, and communication systems, reporting unusual activity or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and document relevant details according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, issue and collect visitor credentials, and support a professional, welcoming front-desk environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
