Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer – Reception Ambassador in Philadelphia, PA. You will be the welcoming, professional presence at the front desk, managing access for employees, visitors, and guests while upholding security procedures.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide front-desk customer service to visitors, tenants, employees, and clients at a financial institution location.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, manage visitor sign-in, and issue access credentials per procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security systems; report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and follow procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, incident, and access-related records and communicate with building management and responders.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional front-desk customer service to visitors, tenants, employees, and clients at a financial institution location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, manage visitor sign-in processes, and issue access credentials in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor, incident, and access-related records while communicating professionally with building management, employees, and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
