Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation conducted per laws.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while following security procedures.
• Conduct routine unarmed patrols of the facility interiors, loading areas, parking lots, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor/vehicle information.

• Prepare clear reports of patrols, incidents, and suspicious activity.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution facility interiors, loading areas, parking lots, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying credentials as directed, and documenting visitor, contractor, and vehicle information.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, suspicious activity, and other security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have access control and badge experience, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
