You will manage access points, verify credentials, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Your visible presence and attention to detail help deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and access control requirements at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, issue temporary badges as directed, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Control vehicle, pedestrian, and contractor access to the facility, following established protocols for restricted areas, deliveries, and shipping or receiving activity.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, facility areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
