Qualifications

• Driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following site-specific security procedures and emergency response actions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, yards, parking areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site policies.
• Document patrol observations and incidents and report concerns to site leadership.

As a Security Officer Part Time Patrol Driver Communications in Sacramento, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

Pay Rate: $19.40 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeTue04:00 PM - 12:30 AMWed04:00 PM - 12:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers in accordance with site policies.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual activity, and report concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
