You will remain visible to help deter incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun05:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, vendors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the retail location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing authorized individuals according to site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, receiving areas, sales floor access points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, access activity, and daily shift information in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
