Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $13.95 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain entry logs, and direct authorized individuals and vehicles according to site procedures.
• Respond to access-control concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established protocols.
• Help to deter unauthorized entry by monitoring pedestrian and vehicle traffic at gates, entrances, and restricted areas.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
