Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific security procedures, access control policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor records, issuing temporary badges, and directing authorized individuals.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, production-adjacent areas, parking lots, and perimeter to identify unusual conditions or unauthorized access.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and access control documentation and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help maintain a secure environment by managing entry points, verifying credentials, monitoring access activity, and communicating professionally with employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, and may drive as part of assigned duties. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.90 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Wed: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, access control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor entry records, issuing temporary badges as authorized, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Respond to access‑related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production‑adjacent areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and access control documentation while communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
