Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Dispatch Security Officer in Clayton, NC. You will coordinate communications, monitor alarms, and dispatch security personnel while delivering professional customer service on a pharmaceutical manufacturing site.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of armed security or related experience, access control familiarity, and a high school diploma. Background check and drug screening are required; CPR/First Aid and alarm panel experience are a plus.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a pharmaceutical manufacturing location.
• Coordinate and dispatch security-related personnel in response to alarms, access concerns, medical events, incidents, and other critical situations, maintaining calm and professional communication.
• Monitor communications systems, receive calls for service, document dispatch activity, and maintain accurate incident logs and shift records.
• Communicate relevant information to site leadership, emergency responders, and Allied Universal supervision in accordance with established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and the perimeter, reporting unusual conditions, facility concerns, and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
