Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service at the front desk at an aerospace and defense site.
• Welcome employees, visitors, contractors and delivery personnel; verify IDs and access permissions.
• Register visitors, issue/collect access credentials, and direct guests to contacts.
• Monitor front-desk communications, alarms, and access activity; report issues to designated personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents following set notification and escalation procedures.

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide professional customer service at the front desk of an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Welcome employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel; verify identification and access authorization in accordance with site requirements.
• Manage visitor registration, issue and collect access credentials, maintain accurate entry records, and direct guests to appropriate contacts or destinations.
• Monitor front-desk communications, alarms, and access-control activity; report irregularities, incidents, and maintenance concerns to designated personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and follow established notification and escalation procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
