Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, tenants, and staff by following site-specific procedures and security protocols.
• Staff the front desk, greet visitors professionally, verify access, issue credentials, and maintain access records.
• Monitor entrances, reception areas, cameras, alarms, and other security systems; report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly, following site-specific procedures.
• Assist with directing visitors and communicating clearly with building management and leadership.

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Tue: 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Wed: 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Thur: 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Fri: 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and security-related protocols at a healthcare medical office location.
• Staff the front desk and greet visitors professionally, verify visitor access as directed, issue visitor credentials when applicable, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor entrances, reception areas, cameras, alarms, and other assigned security-related systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.
• Assist with directing patients and visitors, answering routine questions, and communicating clearly with building management, healthcare staff, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
