As an Armed Patrol Officer at a residential location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will engage residents and guests with exceptional customer service while supporting a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout residential community grounds, common areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for residents, guests, vendors, and/or service personnel in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, patrol activity, and policy violations through accurate and timely reports; coordinate with emergency responders and site management as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• An Armed Guard Card/License is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
