Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while following site procedures and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report suspicious activity per site procedures.
• Maintain armed post qualifications and handle authorized equipment in accordance with laws and Allied Universal policies.

As a Security Officer Part Time Armed in Saint Louis, MO, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon08:30 AM - 04:30 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out site‑specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and security‑related concerns according to site procedures.
• Maintain required armed post qualifications and handle authorized equipment in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of armed security‑related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Baton certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
