• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials, issue passes, and maintain logs.
• Answer and direct calls, provide information to visitors, and communicate professionally with site personnel and emergency responders.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, structured manner following emergency procedures.
• Monitor front-desk activity and security systems, report unusual conditions and deter unauthorized access.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeFri09:00 PM - 05:00 AMSat09:00 PM - 05:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at the front desk of a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide information and assistance to visitors, and communicate professionally with site personnel and emergency responders.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Monitor front-desk activity and security-related systems, report unusual conditions or concerns, and help to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
