You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while supporting access control and responding to alarm-related activity. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a corporate technology location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual activity, facility concerns, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and assigned security-related systems in accordance with site policies, documenting observations and incidents accurately.
• Support a professional environment by providing directions, reporting maintenance or security-related concerns, and coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
