Job summary

Allied Universal in Clarksville, IN is seeking a part-time Unarmed Patrol Route Driver to provide security for a retail location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service while ensuring safety.

Position Type: Part Time. Pay Rate: $16.63 / Hour. Schedule: DayTime Thur 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Fri 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM. Requires valid driver’s license and 18+ years old. Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service while following site-specific security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of store areas to deter issues.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to leadership.
• Complete daily activity Reports and incident documentation.

• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe store activity, and report security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious behavior to appropriate store leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
