Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in West Point, GA. This role offers flexible, anchor-shift work and opportunities to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings while supporting a dynamic security team.

You will provide customer service, monitor access, and maintain records. The position requires high school diploma, background check, and may require licensing or a driver’s license for certain postings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at an automotive location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and control entry/exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Maintain access-control records, visitor logs, and incident documentation; report irregularities to site contacts.
• Respond to access-related incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Monitoring in WEST POINT, GA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $15.46 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Wed 06:30 PM - 06:30 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients at an automotive location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain accurate access‑control records, visitor logs, and incident documentation, reporting irregularities to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to access‑related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
