Qualificações

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access control procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor registrations, and contractor authorization.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, vehicle, and access-related logs; issue and collect badges or credentials as directed.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
