Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and incident response activities.
• Monitor and control access at entry points; verify credentials and direct authorized individuals according to site procedures.
• Maintain access-control logs, visitor records, and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and escalate concerns as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, exterior access points, and perimeter areas to identify and report security concerns.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access at assigned entry points; verify credentials, manage visitor sign-in processes, and direct authorized individuals according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate access-control logs, visitor records, and incident documentation in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned food and beverage production areas, exterior access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
