Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Part-Time Access Control Specialist in Vernon, CA. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, and provide friendly customer service in a manufacturing/industrial setting.

Flexible scheduling via our shift platform. Responsibilities include monitoring access, documenting visitor activity, responding to incidents, and patrolling production areas and perimeters to identify concerns.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials, document visitor and contractor access, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, loading docks, warehouses, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Observe inbound and outbound deliveries and support access-control procedures for shipping, receiving, and other restricted areas.

Job Schedule:

• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

What You'll Do:
