Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.30 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery or driver entry requirements.
• Monitor and document the movement of employees, visitors, contractors, vehicles, and shipments entering or leaving designated areas.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
