Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer.

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. They act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions, and detect and report suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may threaten the property, clients, guests, or employees at the site.

Pay: $13 per hour

Location: North Demopolis, AL

Shift details: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM, or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Requirements:

• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods & work outside in the elements.
• Must be over the age of 21.
• Must have 1+ years of security experience.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• We provide all training and uniforms.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years of age.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements as per state/local laws.
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
• Availability to work multiple locations and shifts.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.
• Ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, and stand/walk for long periods.
