A Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members, as well as the security of the hotel and property, contributing to the hotel's ongoing efforts to deliver excellent guest service and maintain financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Security Officer, your responsibilities include:

• Patrolling the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify potential safety and security risks.
• Responding to emergency situations such as safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property.
• Promoting safe work practices among staff and guests.
• Conducting preliminary investigations into incidents as needed.
• Writing reports and ensuring accurate documentation of incidents.
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues promptly and courteously.
