• Provide professional access control at gated community entrance.
• Screen and verify residents, guests, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and daily activity reports.
• Conduct routine patrols of the community and report safety/security concerns.
• Monitor property activity and identify unusual or suspicious behavior.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, complaints, and requests for assistance.
• Enforce community rules, access procedures, and security guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with residents, visitors, supervisors, and management.
• Prepare accurate incident reports when necessary.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive presence on duty.
