As a Security Officer – Concierge, your primary focus is on customer service, working with people across all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding guests
• Managing access control
• Performing regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering questions in person or by phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns
• Ensuring safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Ability to pass extensive screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32-hour BSIS security training (additional training available during hiring)
