• Monitor parking facility activity, report suspicious behavior or incidents, and document observations.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and customer concerns, seeking additional support when needed.
• Maintain clear activity logs and incident reports and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.

As a Security Officer Parking Structure Mobile Patrol Driver in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As a Driving Patrol Unarmed Officer at a transportation location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with visitors and staff, report observations, and support a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Wed: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and parking patrons while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of parking areas, garages, access points, vehicle lanes, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor parking facility activity and access points, report suspicious behavior, damaged equipment, or unauthorized vehicles, and document observations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, requesting additional support when needed.
• Maintain clear and accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
