Job summary

First Coast Security is seeking an on-site Unarmed Security Officer in Glendale, AZ. You will monitor entrances, perform patrols, assist visitors, and respond to safety concerns while documenting shifts and maintaining a visible presence.

Qualifications include the ability to obtain a state Unarmed Security License, First Aid/CPR/AED certification, and successful background checks. Prior security experience is helpful but not required. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain an Unarmed Professional Security License as required by state.
• Must be able to obtain a First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening, driving record check and background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old or 21 or older for any driving position.
• Proficient English language communication, reading, and writing skills.
• Able to meet all physical demands, including lifting up to 40 lbs., bending, climbing, running, walking and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols and monitor all access points, interior and exterior.
• Stand guard at assigned posts to maintain visibility and ensure site security.
• Observe and report hazards or suspicious activity and complete daily logs and incident reports.
• Respond quickly to emergencies or threats.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
