Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen will be administered as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns calmly and according to procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse, loading dock, parking, yard, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, reporting irregularities.
• Complete detailed daily activity reports and shift handoff communications.

You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver professional customer service. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201): Familiarity with managing access control systems and issuing badges is essential for maintaining a secure environment.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204): Proficiency in using technology is crucial for monitoring systems and reporting incidents effectively.
• Customer Service Experience (B219): Strong customer service skills are vital for interacting with the public and ensuring a positive experience while maintaining security protocols.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse, loading dock, parking, yard, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and delivery activity; verify credentials and report irregularities according to site procedures.
• Complete detailed daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications for security-related observations and events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
