Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, production support spaces, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security‑related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

You will conduct routine rounds, report observations, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication.
