Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and clients at a commercial office location, following site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed by site procedures; assist with access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and document activities per site requirements.
• Prepare clear reports of patrol findings and incidents for site management and leadership.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients at a commercial office location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and assist with access-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities in accordance with site requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrol findings, incidents, and security-related observations, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
