Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Site Patrol in San Diego, CA. You will provide security services for commercial real estate clients, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with directions, entry requirements, and reporting irregular conditions.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
