Job summary

PalAmerican Security is seeking a highly motivated SOC Agent in Arizona to monitor client properties, respond to alarms, and produce incident reports. The role requires working days, swings, and graves with rotating shifts every 6 months and a strong commitment to safety.

You will utilize CCURE and Genetec for security monitoring, collaborate with a supportive team, and contribute to safety programs while gaining professional growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in contract security, military, law enforcement, or corrections.
• Previous SOC experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Must possess a valid AZ Unarmed Guard Card and Driver's License.

• Respond to alarms and emergencies swiftly and effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients; produce detailed reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support corporate safety programs.
