Northeast Security Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for Our Client in Methuen, MA. The role emphasizes vigilant patrols, prompt reporting, and professional conduct to ensure safety and security on site.

Pay rate is $18.65 per hour with a 3rd shift (Fri-Sat 2200-0600). Candidates must pass background and drug screenings and complete orientation; hours may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Security experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor premises to detect irregularities or security breaches.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Communicate with local law enforcement and fire departments as necessary.
• Write detailed reports on incidents that occurred on the premises daily.
• Maintain proper use, completion and submission of all patrol forms.

Pay Rate: $18.65/ hour

Security Officer Schedules Available

Friday-Saturday 2200-0600

Must be available to cover various posts during the assigned shift. Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays as determined and scheduled annually

Security Officer Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Patrolling and monitoring premises to detect any irregularities, which may include suspicious behavior or security breaches.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.
• Write detailed reports on incidents that occurred on the premises daily.
• Maintain Proper use, completion and submission of all forms associated with patrol activities and/or duties.
• Respond to incidents regarding security and safety concerns.
• Conduct unarmed foot patrols (interior and/or exterior)
• Respond to requests for assistance and evaluate appropriate courses of action.
• Comply with all requirements/directives within the on-site operations manual/post orders.
• Assume other duties as required by either Client or Northeast Security, Inc

Security Officer Requirements

• Security Experience preferred.
• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Previous Customer Service experience, or related field/education.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
