Job summary
Northeast Security, Inc. in Dedham, MA is hiring both full-time and part-time Security Officers to patrol multiple premises, monitor for irregularities, report incidents, and coordinate with local law enforcement when needed.
You’ll complete daily incident reports, operate the mobile unit, maintain patrol vehicles, and follow on-site post orders. A high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings are required; strong English communication is

Responsibilities
- Patrolling and monitoring multiple premises to detect irregularities, including suspicious behavior or security breaches.
- Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
- Communicate with local law enforcement and fire departments as necessary.
- Operate mobile unit to monitor exterior premises and conduct foot patrols.
- Write detailed incident reports daily and maintain forms for patrol activities.
- Respond to incidents and evaluate appropriate courses of action.

- Respond to incidents regarding security and safety concerns.
- Maintain proper maintenance of the patrol vehicle to include routine or corrective maintenance, Vacuuming, car wash.
- Conduct unarmed foot patrols (interior and/or exterior)
- Respond to requests for assistance and evaluate appropriate courses of action.
- Comply with all requirements/directives within the on-site operations manual/post orders.
