Job Details

Starting Pay: $19.50/hour paid weekly with DailyPay options & benefits!

Position: FLEX Officers with open availability during the week (any day, any shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd).

Location: Des Plaines, IL

Shifts Available: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Overnight

Workdays: Monday - Friday, Saturday - Sunday

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with environments varying by client site.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to background checks and drug screening in accordance with laws.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be needed prior to employment. Valid driver's license required for driving positions.
