What will I be doing?

As a Security Officer, you will ensure the safety of guests and team members, and the security of the hotel and property, supporting our commitment to outstanding guest service and financial success. Your responsibilities include:

1. Patrolling the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify safety and security risks.
2. Responding to emergency situations like hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property.
3. Promoting safe work practices.
4. Initiating preliminary investigations into incidents as needed.
5. Writing reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
6. Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
