Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
• Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours, including holidays.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the hotel premises to ensure safety and security for guests and staff.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to suspicious activity.
• Enforce hotel safety and security standards and procedures.
• Respond to emergencies calmly and professionally (medical, fire alarms, security breaches).
• Assist with crowd control during events, conventions, and peak periods.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify safety hazards.
• Prepare clear and detailed incident reports as required.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
