GardaWorld Security Services in Fremont, WA is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to serve in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Monitor building access and verify visitor credentials
• Greet employees, guests, and vendors in a professional manner
• Conduct routine patrols of interior and exterior area
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.
