GardaWorld Security Services in Marysville, Washington is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to provide front-line customer service while safeguarding people and property.

The role emphasizes access control, visitor guidance, and incident response across settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: Marysville, Washington
• Schedule 1: Wednesday-Sunday 3pm-11pm (40 hours a week / full time)
• Schedule 2: Sunday-Monday 11pm-7am (16 hours a week / part time)

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Must have a valid state driver's license
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
