As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Inspector in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Cultural Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a premier cultural institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide welcoming customer service to guests, staff, and visitors. Pay Rate: $23.80 / Hour

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, patrons, performers, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of public areas, performance spaces, entrances, exits, backstage areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity, assisting with crowd flow, event entry procedures, and adherence to site-specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
