Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Miami, TX to protect client sites across manufacturing and industrial locations. You will perform unarmed patrols, provide visible presence, and deliver professional customer service while following site policies.

This full-time role offers weekly pay at $19.00 per hour, requires a valid driver’s license, and a schedule with afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background checks will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen will be conducted as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and communicate observations to site contacts or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs/reports.
• Report hazards, maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and policy violations.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. • Mon 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Tue 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Fri 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Sat 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Sun 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization according to site procedures, and maintain required logs and reports.
• Report hazards, maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and policy violations in accordance with site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
