Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at an industrial construction location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of work areas, entrances, parking areas, perimeter boundaries, and adjacent exterior spaces to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor or contractor entry in accordance with site policies, verifying authorization and directing individuals to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Document patrol findings, incidents, and security-related concerns through clear and timely reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

What You’ll Do

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
