Job summary

Allied Universal® in Lincoln, NE seeks a Security Officer Mobile Patrol to safeguard clients in manufacturing and industrial locations. You will conduct routine patrols, show a visible presence, and support a welcoming environment while following site orders. A valid driver’s license is required for driving posts.

This full-time role pays $20.00 per hour with varied day shifts and opportunities for growth within a customer-focused security team driven by integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions.
• Licensing per state/local laws may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while executing site-specific procedures.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Lincoln, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at an industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and post orders in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access activity, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Report hazards, property concerns, and security-related incidents promptly to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
