This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and strong customer service, with shift schedule Mon-Fri 4pm-12am and pay rate $21.85 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government facilities and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unusual activity or maintenance issues.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site protocols, notifying emergency services as needed.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports per Allied Universal requirements.

As a Security Officer Driving Patrol in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal policy. Pay Rate: $21.85 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Tue 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Wed 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Thur 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific procedures and supporting emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government utility facilities, buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual activity, property concerns, and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying emergency services when needed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
