Job summary

Allied Universal, GREEN FOREST, AR, is seeking a Security Officer Mobile Patrol to monitor and protect client sites, provide exceptional customer service, and support a welcoming environment. You will conduct patrols, verify access, report observations, and respond calmly to incidents.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of food production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and access concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain logs and reports in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site leadership and emergency responders as directed.
• Help support a controlled work environment by observing compliance with facility access requirements and reporting security-related concerns.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
