Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Medical Access Control in Denver, CO. The role involves monitoring and patrolling, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering professional customer service at a financial institution location.

You will respond to security concerns, follow procedures, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers. Full-time, day shifts with a pay rate of $21.93 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, exterior perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Prepare clear, accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements.

What You'll Do
